7-Day Lead Generation Bootcamp

Welcome to the 7-Day Lead Generation Bootcamp

Day 1

Launch Day!

You did it! Your new website is live and your business now has a home online. But this is just the beginning.

Now it’s time to make sure people find it. The next few days are when momentum matters most. Every post, every share, every small action helps your business start showing up where it counts: in searches, on social media, and in conversations around town.

We’ve created a quick Day 1 Launch Checklist to help you spread the word, boost visibility, and get your first customers faster. It’s the exact playbook our most successful founders follow right after launch.

Day 2

Local Partnerships

The best businesses grow through relationships. Today’s goal is simple: find one other local business that serves the same kind of customers you do and connect with them online or in person. One or two strong partnership can keep both of your calendar’s full.

Day 3

Going to Print

Printed materials may feel old-school, but they’re still one of the easiest ways for a new service business to stay top-of-mind in a neighborhood. A simple business card, rack card, or door hanger lets people remember you after a conversation, keeps your name in front of nearby homeowners, and gives you something tangible to hand out after every job. To make it easy for you, we’ve created three Canva templates you can customize:

Style 1 — Discovery

Style 2 — Atlantis

Style 3 — Endeavour

Day 4

Search Engine Optimization

This video covers the basic elements you need to get your webstie to rank on Google and other seardch engines.

Your first step is to create a service page. Submit the content here and we will build the page at no extra cost: https://launchkits.com/support/

After that, create a helpful blog post or video and we will add it to your site.

Day 5

Build Your Reputation

Getting reviews early is one of the fastest ways to build trust, rank higher in local search, and turn one job into the next. People want proof that you do good work, and a handful of thoughtful reviews can make your business look established even in its first month. The key is to build the habit now, ask every satisfied customer, keep the request simple, and make it easy for them to respond.

To help you get started, we’ve created a set of ready-to-use review request email templates you can download and personalize. Use them as inspiration, make them your own, and start building a strong reputation from day one.

Day 6

When you get your first leads...

Managing leads doesn’t need to be complicated. You don’t need complicated software, you need consistency. When someone reaches out, they’re giving you a small window of attention. Your job is to respond quickly, keep the conversation organized, and guide them toward the next step. A simple process can turn a handful of inquiries into real work faster than most new business owners expect.

Keep it simple:

  • Reply quickly. Same day is good; within the hour is better. Quick responses build trust right away.
  • Track every lead. A basic spreadsheet works. List the name, phone, service needed, and where they came from.
  • Give clear next steps. Don’t leave things open-ended: schedule a call, send a quote, or confirm a visit.
  • Follow up until you get an answer. Most leads aren’t lost; they’re just busy. A steady, polite follow-up rhythm brings them back.
